ANNOUNCEMENT: As of 3/6/10, The Pittsburgh Marathon is sold-out. The only way to register is through a charity. We are waiting on our new charity code. If you would still like to run for us, please email adam@thecalltserve.org with email address and phone number. Disregard the steps for registration below. Thank you.
The Call to Serve is registered as an affiliate charity for the Pittsburgh Marathon. We are attempting to get 25 runners. By running with The Call to Serve, you will receive:
ENTRY INTO MARATHON (Official Dick’s Sporting Goods Pittsburgh Marathon bib number)
INVITATION TO PRE-MARATHON PASTA DINNER (the night before the marathon)
PRIORITY RACE PACKET PICK-UP (marathon weekend – no standing in lines!)
RACE-DAY SUPPORT (Includes area to meet before race, food and water, cheering groups, complimentary post-race massage and more)
We are asking our runners to pledge a minimum of $200.00. Support is raised through family and friends. You can download the fundraising packet at the bottom of this page. This is a great opportunity for The Call to Serve to bring about more exposure. If you have any questions, please contact adam@thecalltoserve.org
Steps for Registering:
1. Click here to begin registration. This will take you to the Pittsburgh Marathon website.
2. Create a login. Our charity code for registration is: SERVE2010
3. You will not be required to pay the $75.00 registration up front. Included in the $200.00 we are asking our runners to raise is the $75.00 registration fee. All money raised is due by April 1st.
